How Tiny Shifts Can Make A Big Difference

Do you ever find yourself saying:

I never get what I want! 
I’m so sad.
How do I make things happen in my life the way I want?

Well, the short answer to those questions is: you need to think better thoughts. 

I know, that’s not a very satisfying answer, is it? 

But let me explain: Our thoughts are powerful. They have energy, positive or negative. 

When a negative thought is flashing in our mind, we are putting out a negative vibe. The Law of Attraction (LOA) is very obedient and will match or reflect what you're “vibrating” (feeling) every single time, no exceptions. 

Like attracts like. So if you want to feel good, you have to put out a “good feeling” vibe. 

But when you say you don’t have a “good-feeling” vibe and instead you're feeling sad, mad, lonely, stressed, etc., where do you start? How do you get from sad to happy? 

You do this in shifts. Even the smallest shift is a move in the right direction.

Picture this: you are feeling sad, life is sucking big time and you're lost. You want to feel better, but you don’t know how.  

Here’s what you should do: stop and look around. Look at what is right. Then appreciate it. I’m talking full-out, appreciating the crap out of it. Do you have a bed to sleep in? Do you have a favorite shirt? Do you have people in your life that you love? Did you find a penny today? Is the sun shining? Did you have a cup of coffee today? Think of the smallest things and love on them.

When you show appreciation for anything and everything, you are putting out a vibration of gratitude. This is where the LOA comes in. Remember, I told you the LOA is very obedient, so it will match that feeling of gratitude. It will bring you representations of things to feel gratitude for. It has to, it’s the law

Start with your gratitude list. Once you start, you will see how much you have to be grateful for. This is the first step in shifting from a negative vibe to a more positive one. Do this everyday.
